Here is an IDEA for Hinojosa

Instead of losing qualified teachers why not recover the "lost" money and save jobs. Here is what Hinojosa should consider, he should take a 33.3% cut in pay for one year, people one level below him should take a 25% cut, those under them shouold take a 15% cut, principles a 10% cut, so on and so on and if need be I bet teachers would be willing to take a 1% cut in pay for a year to save jobs.
Mr. Hinojosa how does this idea sound specialy since it come from someone who only has high school diploma?

Reality is to be fired WITHOUT future compensation of pension.

This job is layed out like the perks of a third world country President for the person who gets the job. There is absolutely no clause for performance and the exit package is a good as GOLD for stumbling performances like several Superintendent's have done now.
