Dallas website-Riffed Personnel

If you go to www.dallasisd.org and look at the top left side, you will see a blue box entitled "Attention Recently Riffed Personnel."
What do you think of this? Has anyone been called back to work for the district? Has anyone had any other job offers?

There are still too many not called back.. It is scary to trust DISD again. How do you know you won't be fiffed again? I still think it was a witch hunt and principals used this opportunity to remove teachers unliked

Attention Recently RIF'd Personnel

Here is the text of the PDF. My question is: why didn't they just put this on the website?

Personnel who were part of the recent reduction in force will have an opportunity to address a panel composed of a board trustee, a senior administrator, and a school representative for three minutes concerning the importance of their position. The panel will not respond to the remarks.

They told them a month ago this would happen. Giving only 2 days notice, means they won't have many to show. Also if they had given a week for those who wanted to retire or resign, it not only would of saved some teacher positions...it would of also spared everyone of the fact, there were positions available after others were riffed. NO LOGIC EVER. Everything is done Back Asswards. Don't they ever try to look at both sides and figure out what makes the best sense? No!
